Sarah Louis-Jean

Sarah Louis-Jean is a Montreal-born contemporary circus artist celebrated worldwide for her mastery of Boleadoras. She holds the Guinness World Record for the fastest Boleadoras hits and is one of the few women performing this rare art form internationally.

Her unique style blends dance, percussion, and manipulation, setting her apart from the traditional gaucho technique. Trained at the National Circus School of Montreal and with Cirque du Soleil artists, she later performed with Cirque du Soleil as both a Boleadoras artist and artistic director.

Sarah has appeared on five continents with Céline Dion, Cirque Éloize, Circus Roncalli, and in major productions from Broadway to the Olympic Opening Ceremonies. She was Canada’s official Guinness World Records spokesperson in 2021 and has featured on shows like Masked Singer and So You Think You Can Dance Canada.

Beyond performing, Sarah is an artistic coach, actress, singer, and speaker, sharing her journey to becoming one of the world’s leading contemporary Boleadoras artists.
