Co-Founder & Director, Business Development and Operations
Stavros Kanichis is a dynamic leader, performer, and entrepreneur whose professional journey bridges the worlds of organizational operations, human resources, recruitment consulting, and music. As co-founder of NorthStage Management Inc. (together with Andi Pema), Stavros combines strategic expertise with creative passion to build a company that champions both artists and clients.
With extensive experience in operations and HR leadership, Stavros has honed a deep understanding of people, processes, and performance. His talent for designing effective systems, nurturing growth, and connecting the right individuals to the right opportunities has defined his success across multiple industries—and now fuels his impact in artist and event management.
As a performing vocalist, Stavros brings a rare perspective to his executive role, grounded in first-hand artistic experience. This personal connection to the stage allows him to advise and represent artists with empathy, authenticity, and vision, fostering trust and collaboration in every partnership.

Andi Pema
Co-Founder & Director, Show Creation and Development
Andi Pema is a seasoned international musician, show creator, and artistic entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in the global live entertainment industry. As co-founder of NorthStage Management Inc. (alongside Stavros Kanichis), Andi brings a wealth of stage experience, creative vision, and artistic leadership to the company’s growing portfolio of artists and productions.
Having toured worldwide with renowned companies such as Cirque du Soleil and Dragone, Andi has performed in some of the most visually stunning and musically complex shows ever produced. His career reflects a lifelong commitment to artistic excellence and innovation, with a passion for uniting rhythm, culture, and storytelling in every performance.
Through his work as both performer and creative producer, Andi has developed a profound understanding of what artists need and audiences expect. His projects—including Cirkana World, Oriental Extravaganza, and Temple Flow—demonstrate his ability to craft unforgettable experiences that blend authenticity, imagination, and cross-cultural artistry.
